Hello dear researchers,

I am trying to coat a thin film of a material (SD1) on a hemispherical substrate. This material is soluble in DMF (or other strong solvents) and it has a very low concentration (So I think the material itself does not matter).

well, we can not use spin coating because we have a spherical substrate. and I think dip coating is also not an option. Cause I assume that the material will be transferred to the lower sections of the hemisphere by gravity.

And I can not use PVD and CVD because my material will be decomposed.

What other solutions do you have in mind?

Thank you for your help.
