What is the method of temporarily storing the prepared medium in a sterile operating table?

After preparing the culture medium, it seems that it needs to be placed in the sterile operating table for 1.5-2 days before it can be packed in the package, and then stored in the refrigerator. Is it necessary to open the lid when placed on the aseptic operating table? Do the UV lamps and windmills need to be continuously turned on?

In my experience if the cotton-plug is not removed after autoclave the medium should be steril at least for 3-4 days (sometimes my media were remain steril for a week). But to be more careful you can keep it in the laminar hood.
