Is there a casein test for bacteria, can it be sterilized when preparing the culture medium? Or do you need to mix skimmed milk separately? Peptone and Agar are sterilized and then mixed with skimmed milk?

Hi,
The casein test of bacteria do not need to add peptone.
The media is 10 % skim milk and 2g agar, sterilization at 110C for 10 min.
