In the pregnancy test strip there are two types of antibodies monoclonal ab and polyclonal ab, the monoclonal ab is immobilized to the strip but when the sample touches it it gets detached and flows with the sample unlike the polyclonal antibody which is immobilized and doesn't move even when the sample touches it
