I am prepared (Al, Co) co-doped TiO2 thin films by spray pyrolysis technique. The electrical measurement was performed by the four-probe point method, in the range of temperature 3ok (Room temperature) to 110k. I am found the negative activation energy of all samples. What is the meaning of negative activation energy? and what significant in my samples?

I don't know about your SEM images! However, Negative activation energy sometimes signifies that there is no barrier into/over the surface; a transition state put on the centrifugal barrier, an attractive forces is appeared between the reactants, resulting in the barrier is submerged.
You can illustrate via Gaussian software and Avogadro as well. Each of the reactions is determined meticulously and precisely
