The thickness depends on various parameters such as, voltage applied, time of deposition, type of electric field (DC or AC), and suspension properties (conductivity, viscosity, etc.).

We have obtained ~65 µm thick calcium phosphate coating with butanol as suspending medium (Ref DOI: 10.1016/j.jeurceramsoc.2013.04.030). However this can be even higher for the same voltage and time but with different medium, e.g. water-ethanol mix.
