What is the main goal of your work?
In 2002, I read in the media that more than ten thousand people were expected to die from the earthquake in Haifa.
I remember how, in such earthquakes, classes of children were taken out from under the ruins of schools (in Mexico, Leninakan...). I am a geophysicist, an equipment developer. I quit my job as a jeweler (in Israel) and began to look for reliable methods to protect the lives of children.
In 2005, I informed the Israeli Minister of Science and the Knesset Commission that a reliable methodology and equipment for earthquake forecasting had been created. Experts confirmed that the method will provide reliable protection of human life.
And since then, seismology officials have not given me the opportunity to introduce my technique.
