Sometimes, some journals are "toxic" against giving room to comfortably submit a manuscript. These journals may limit the number of authors, they may precisely restrict the number of words, among other inconveniencies to settle with them. All in all, what you have stated remain pry concerns to consider.
Those are good aspects. I think publication speed is the main one. You can easily control those other factors just by selecting a reputable journal
Abdelrahman - for me it is journal reputation in the field. The better the reputation the more likely that the journal is established and other factors - such as a high IF - tend to accompany reputation.
Actually its balance of all the factors.But the most basic requirement is journals indexing and belonging to your field of specialization. Publication speed depends on journals manpower and manuscript load.
@Dean - do you still submit MS to a reputed journal that takes more than 4 months before the 1st decision?

In fact, the influence of publishing factors depends on the publication requirements of an author in addition to the subject domain he/she works. For example, I may consider a journal with small processing time, if I target a forthcoming promotion of my career. Perhaps, I would give the priority for processing time despite the reputation of a journal based on the current situation.

For me the most important factor is : publication speed, though journal impact factor is also very important.
