Dear all,

I would like to simulate a protein which is located in the Mitochondrial Outer Membrane (OMM). I was searching in the literature about lipid composition of this latter (in Mammals) but I'm a little bit confused. Thus, I have some questions/requests:

1- Did anyone of you already simulate a biomolecule in the OMM? What was the composition of the membrane that you privileged?

2- What is the ratio of cholesterol in the OMM?

3- The presence of Cardiolipin in the OMM is controversial. I read some articles and I decided to not add it to the membrane. Can I have your opinion about this, please?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best.
