I think you are talking about the blackbody radiation of the human body.
you can use Wien's Law to solve it, which is λ(max)=b*T, where b is Wien's displacement constant: b=0.002897mK. As the human body has an average temperature of about 37 Celcius degrees (310.15 Kelvin). λ(max)~9300 nm. If you want to see the actual spectrum, check out the blackbody-radiation with a peak value of ~9300 nm should give you the answer.
