How to re-disperse commercial Titanium Nitride nano particles (powder form) ? I need to reach 50nm-100nm particles.
If they’re in powder form you have a set of fused sub- and post-micron aggregates and agglomerates. You’ll not be able to disperse them to separate, discrete, independent particles < 100 nm. What is the SSA of your material?
I think take a bit of sample add solvent like dmf or EG sonicate a bit
REPEAT and keep recording particle size distribution profile as well as UV spectrum- it might help
Pawan Kumar Khanna Sonication just digests the tip and contaminates the sample.
