when cleaned Glassy carbon electrode directly immersed in melamine gold nanoparticles, it aggregated within a minutes. What may be reason behind the aggregation?
Normally the aggregation may not aggregate.. The protein has negative charge so the nanoparticles repel each other. The clean glass carbon maybe has some remain acid from washing (h2so4, HNO3) which cause protonization of protein.
actually we prepared melamine capped AuNPs, but it may any chance to convert melamine to poly-melamine? if yes, how we known that it's melamine or poly-melamine?
