Dear Rahal Achour,

if there is no diffusion of your electrolyte into TiO2 thin film, then the mobility of anything in your film WILL NOT be changed. The mobility of your mobile charges within the TiO2 thin film does not depend on what is next to this film. The conclusion therefore must be that either

1. TiO2 film reacts strongly with your electrolytes

2. You do not measure a true mobility of your mobile charges in TiO2 film,.

My questionto you is what is your experimental set-up and how do you measure the mobility of your mobile charges in the TiO2 film ? This is a highly non-trivial matter, since the conductivity is not just the mobility but a product of mobility and the density of mobile charges. To determine both, Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy has to be used .

the mobility could arise from several possible mechanisms such as lattice, polar, impurity, neutral and grain boundary scattering for SnO2 thin films.
