It's quite difficult question and whenever I write papers then it shows some plagiarism and I try to remove those but what about future because we try to change frame of sentence and all framework will be used in near future so how people will frame papers?
There would be lot of publications and the author will get many facilities but there would not be any contribution to the existing knowledge. Once caught, the author will definitely loose reputation and some acquired benefits as well.
