I suspect that the journal under this new name is relatively young and has therefor didn’t obtain any real indexing yet.
I estimate this journal not as predatory (at least not anymore). The publisher behind it is trying to get its act together. Perhaps they started that way (too many journals to start with for example is/was a red flag). But renaming journals and get rid of the pointless “British” in the name of the journal while you’re not is a good sign. Transparency in the review process (every publication has a fully open review process) is a good sign as well. Having a journal in serious indexing service like ESCI is a good start too.
Sorry for the long story but sometimes things are not as black and white as one thinks. Short answer though is no they have no impact factor for the mentioned journal.
