if we want to study the kinetics of degradation, then feeding time and incubation are having some relations. for an instance, suppose we have incubated the bags 2 h before and after feeding then degradation at 2h, 4h 6h will be different mostly due to availability of substrate?

in such condition what will the ideal time of incubation? plz give some reference to support your answer  if possible
