I have found that HCC is caused by co-infection of HIV-1 and HCV (please see file; HepG2 Fucoidan).

I am inclined to doubt about the links of the HPV and cervical cancer and about the Helicobacter pylori and stomach cancer.

The cause of cancer would be clarified to be the co-infection of an HIV-1 and a +ssRNA virus.

Recently, an interesting question has been posted by Dr. Hetal Talati (Biology Department, Lewis University, Romeoville, IL, USA) in this researchGate. “Involvement of Bioinformatics in breast cancer ? Hi, I am trying to research in breast cancer. Can you explain therapeutic trials and bioinformatics are related? How? how bioinformatics is involved with breast cancer research. what is the major issue of the breast cancer now a days?” I have answered that “I am now considering that human breast cancer (HBC) may be caused by co-infection of HIV-1 and some +ssRNA virus such as Sindbis virus (SINV) or Dengue virus (DENV). Although healthy, milks have only one species of +ssRNA virus; i.e., SINV is present in a human breast milk, and DENV is present in a bovine milk. This human breast milk has Macaque simian foamy virus (SFV), but this virus seems to be safe for humans. This mother is a Scientist, and this retrovirus may have been infected from an experimental animal of Rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta) or from a zoo. It is noteworthy that serum of a healthy 7mo1w boy has Koala retrovirus (KoRV) possibly due from a zoo of Japan. Therefore, human breast cancer seems to be cured by Mozuku via reduction of HIV-1 and SINV.

The appetizing food of Mozuku from Noto Peninsula of Japan has surely prevented from HCC in the rat (please see file; Rat DEN Np-Fuco). I am now considering that Murine leukemia virus (MLV; Gamma-retrovirus) and Murine hepatitis virus (MHV; coronavirus) or unassigned Murine flavivirus (such as dengue (DENV), Zika (ZIKV) and yellow fever viruses (YFV)) may be the causing agents of Rat liver carcinoma, and these viruses (retrovirus and +ssRNA virus) may have been induced or slipped out from the host DNA (integrated or lysogenized state) by a chemical stress of DEN. Integration or lysogenization of +ssRNA-derived DNA seemes to be helped by reversed transcriptase (RT) and integrase (IN) of co-existing retrovirus. Therefore, rat's HCC seems to have been cured via reduction of MLV and MHV.

It seems that panceatic cancer seems to be similarly or more dangerous than breast cancer. Then, I have further searched for the origin of pancreatic cancer by using PDMD method. Pancreatic cancer seems to be caused by coinfection of HIV-1 and HCoV. I have previously inspected several pancreatic juices (I am very gratefull to Dr. Teruo Yoshinaga (now Department of Internal Gastroenterology, Saisei-kai Maebashi Hospital, Maebashi, Gunma, Japan) for providing me important pancreatic juices and biles). I have found that lipoamidase (lipase) activity in pacreatic juice of a pancreatic cancer has been increased for c.a. 100,000-fold (our unpublished observation). Then, expression of serine-type esterases (lipoamidase, lipase, and acetylcholine esterase) has been researched. HCoV and CCoV have up-regulated the expression of Serine-type esterases. Therefore, fucoidan seems also to be the drug for pancreatic cancer via reduction of HIV-1 and HCoV.”
