What is the formula to calculate temperature drop after a pressure regulator?

in a gas pipe, there is a high pressure regulator that drops pressure from 75Barg with 30 C, to 5.5 Barg,

Pipe size = 1"

Regulator type : fisher 627 (Direct-operated pressure reducing regulator equipped with a pitot tube for greater regulated capacities.)

What is the formula to calculate the temperature drop value after the regulator?

The temperature change should be from Joule Thomson effect. A reasonable estimate would be to neglect the heat transfer, in which case total enthalpy will be constant. If the velocities are relatively low, then you can approximate the specific enthalpy as constant. If you heat the regulator, neglecting heat transfer won't work.
