Hi Utsav,

We used PBS with 2% FCS with 0.01% NaN3 a few years back with our FACS Calibur, which was fine for just acquiring. I assume this recipe without NaN3 might work for sorting. You need to clean the machine with 70% ethanol after running. I hope this is helpful for you.
