Does the subgrain growth affect in determination of nucleation positions during cold rolling?

I am working in phase field model. For determination of nuclei position, there are positions such as grain boundaries, triple junctions or quadruple junctions. If i take account the subgrain growth mechanism effect, the bulk of grains should be also a positions for defining site for nucleation.
