Doping TiO2 by F (generally SiF6(2-) salts are used for this purpose) change athe crystallization conditions for TiO2 phase that results in reducing intensity of basic anatase peak at 25,5 deg (and in some cases appearing or increasing intensity of rutile peak at ~28 deg). Probably it helps you to evaluate the changes to be identified.
dopimg will not effect the stucture may be phase change will be possible because at what temperature you are going to doped will change the phase of TiO2 due to that only Peaks which are more intense will decrease and new peak will formed of different phase. I f you are doping it means it should be less than 1%.
The doping may lead to extra levels between CB and VB of Titanium, the UV-Vis absobance spectrum may changed.
