I am performing a set of experiments using the Taguchi orthogonal array. In this regard, I would like to know if we change the sequence of factors and their levels (sequence only; possible levels remain the same), we will get a different orthogonal array. Does it change the optimized combination of factors that we obtain? Will it change or affect the quality of the product?

You should reduce the runs by means of setting of arthogonal array with varying factors , then optimize the Taguchi design eg 36 sequence of runs yielded 8 interaction
