Alloy permendur 2V was melted through Vacuum Induction Melting process after final chemical analysis it was found that Al is 0.25 wt% . As in ASTM A 801 Alloy 1 chemical specification there is no range for Aluminium. Will this Al( 0.25wt%) affect the magnetic or mechanical properties?

O2- 22 ppm
N2-7 ppm
H2-0.8 ppm
Al is used for deoxidation and for grinding the crystals of alloys. Increases the resistance to scaling. Al improves corrosion resistance.
Why don't you write a new manuscript about this subject after the detailed investigations. I think it will be good for you because there are lost of studies about FeCoV but less or not with Al doped.
