Dear all,
My research field related to solar cells, I am utilizing Comsol multiphysics software to simulate periodic solar cells structures. Currently, CZTS material used popularly in solar cells, so I would like to use CZTS, CIGS materials to enhance absorption of light trapping solar cells. But, I can't find refractive index or permittivity of CZTS material? Normally, I get the dataset of materials from the site: refractiveindex.info. Can anyone help me?

the refractive index:2.7-2.9
the refractive index: 7.0-10.0
