Because in many lab for protein work i used mili Q and in many lab people use Double distilled water

These are two different methods to purify your water and reducing the salt content. Distilling means to heat up the water until it evaporates and collect the condensed water in a clean glass device. Double distilled means just that the condensed water was distilled again. MilliQ is a method in which membranes and columns are used to filter the water and reduce the salt content by this filtration process. Which of the methods is better I can not really say since I don't have the numbers in my head to describe the salt content. The unit is ohm which describes the resistance in the conductivity of the water. Higher ohm means higher resistance and less charged molecules in the water.

If water is kept in an open vessel after such purification from salt, then it can dissolve air, CO2, get dust particles of other substances. Therefore, vessels with purified water should be kept closed immediately after using water, and wash the dishes with a chrome mixture and rinse with the same water.
