What is the difference in Tobermorite structure of fly ash based and sand based aerated autoclaved concrete AAC?

Sand based Autoclaved aerated concrete has been produced for about 100 years now.

Fly ash based AAC is a relatively new technology.

Is fly ash based AAC inferior to sand based AAC?

Does the Tobermorite structure differ?
