I want to inject anti-DNGR1 antibody to mouse to block Clec9A receptor on dendritic cells. What would be the difference if I inject it ip vs iv? In the papers I read, usually people are injecting blocking antibodies ip. I wonder why. Is there another reason besides the fact that it is easier to ip inject?

Of course it is easier to inject ip into a mouse. You definatelx can do it, the peritoneum is such a large surface, that any material is almost as quickly adsorbed and reaches your goal, justa as if you had bothered finding a vein at your mouses tail.
