What is the difference between the surface area which is calculated by cyclic voltammetry and BET measurement?

I am working with graphene and its composites. For this I wish to calculate the surface area electro-chemically(CV) as well through Nitrogen adsorption process(BET). Which method gives the exact result and is there any relation/difference between these two methods?
