I would like to ask about the charge transport between carriers in thin film and in nano-particles, what is the difference between them? Would you please provide me with the theory regards this issue?

Introduction part includes a lot references to other papers where 1D systems are also studied. Read them and you should understand what’s happening. Focus on " variable-range-hopping" and "sequential hopping"!

I think you have to be more specific about what kind of thin films and what kind, size of nanoparticles. In thin film itself, for example, charge transport can be thermally activated hopping or band-like transport, depending on the chemical structure (oxide, metal, organic) and solid-state morphology (amorphous, crystalline) of the film.

The colleagues above gave some answers to your question. I would like to start from the fact that the thin film is composed of of certain material with a thickness of the order of micrometer or less.
The question now what is the degree of crystallinity of the film material. As Hung hinted the crytallinity ranges from no crystallinity at all which is called amorphous to fine grained in the nanometer scale or nanoparticles or nano grains to polycrystalline materials to fully crystalline structure.
The conduction in such grained structure is composed of two parts: the condition inside the grains and it depends on the conductivity of the bulk of the grain, and the conduction from grain to grain across the grain boundaries. Normally the resistance of the grain bulk is negligible compared to the resistance affected by the grain boundaries across the grain. The mechanism of conduction across the grain boundaries may be tunneling or thermionic emission over barriers. There is many literature of conduction across the grain boundaries. You can yourself search for them.
As for the minority carrier transport they will recombine in the volume of the grains and at the surface with the recombination at the surface dominates the recombination process.
