I like to know the difference between SCI Index Conference Proceedings (USA) and SCI Index journals.
Is it same valuable for Ph.D. Researchers?
Please explain your views.

1. It's all about High Impact factor SCI databases and Low Impact factor SCI databases.
2. The conference has a deadline to give a review report, but the journal takes long. Some journal takes a year to give review reports, and it does not mean it's a good journal.
The conclusion is that whether it is high impact factor SCI database or low impact factor database.
there is no any impact factor point for SCI conference proceedings, but there is an impact factor rate for a SCI journal according to citation formulas
THERE ARE VERY FEW CONFERENCE THOSE HAVE MORE CITATION THEN SLOW PROCESSING SCI JOURNALS.
