Question: Is it possible to use the agent-based model to simulate interactions between agents?
The fact that there are individual government agencies and a representative must be chosen for each agency, while farmers are a group and several thousands of farmers can be defined.

As far as I know MAS has its origin in robotics, and refers to control architectures for autonomous systems, while ABM has its origin in computational social science, and tries to re-create or predict the appearance of complex phenomena from the collective behavior of agents.
My goal is to simulate group interactions of farmers with government agencies and industries.
