For cell viability detection, I have tried using INT so far with the protocol of 0.5 mg/l in PBS.
after adding 1 ml of prepared INT solution to my sample containing adhered E.coli bacteria I incubate them for 30-40 min, after 40min the sample color turns from white to purple.
I am out of INT and wanna buy a new box but before that I am wondering which one is better INT or MTT?
