So yield mean how much enzyme you use for immobilization and how much you receive finally in carrier. Not so important if your enzyme not so expensive.

Recovery is critical for immobilized systems.
If you already have calculation the enzyme activity for mg of protein/min for your enzyme before immobilization (A) and you know how much enzyme you has immobilized in your carrier and you calculate the enzyme activity for your immobilised system(B).
So
Recovery = B/A*100%

I think it depends on the definition defined in the articles. These terms are not universal, and I found that many papers used different definitions of enzyme immobilised activity yield and recovery. So, you have to define each term by yourself how to calculate them.
I differ with Thanapon. Recovery of enzyme basically refers to percent of enzyme got immobilized on a support used for immobilization. When you load same amount of enzyme as protein on different matrices, more is the protein bound to a given matrix, better is it's efficiency for immobilization!

But, sometimes I also found that some article used the "Recovery" for the amount of "enzyme activity" recovered after immobilisation-- also called "Recovered activity."
Moreover, I found that "Recovery" might be replaced by another term such as "immobilised efficiency", the term refers to the amount of protein bound to the matrix as well.
So, to avoid confusion, I recommend that we should define these terms in the articles since these terms are not universal.
Recovery can also refer to how much enzyme or activity that is remaining when reusing the immobilised enzyme.
One should always define the parameter reported and also report ALL conditions under which it was determined.
