What is the difference between drug loading and Entrapmet Efficiency of drug?

During characterization of Nano-particles, i often get confused between these two terms. Please suggest.

Drug loading content (%)= (Weight of drug in nanoparticles/ Weight of nanoparticles)*100

Encapsulation efficiency= (Weight of drug in nanoparticles/ Weight of feeding drugs)*100
