difference between Ansys workbench and Ansys fluent along with ICEM CFD. Which one is best to learn.

It can be summarized as follows:
Workbench - ANSYS platform for simulation, it integrates structural, fluid and some other solvers (including Fluent)
Fluent - CFD solver, can be run in or outside Workbench environment. ANSYS also provides CFX.
ICEM - Mesh generation software with very specialized features.
All of them have different applications, but I would say ICEM has the less intuitive interface, allthough it is very useful for complex geometries.
