I have tried several times brush coated the commercial graphene oxide (CGO) on Gas diffusion layer (GDL) but every time the coating forms thin stripes (like zeebra stripes) and not at all uniform.

I am making the catalyst ink by mixing 10mg of CGO, 5mg of 5 wt% Nafion and varied 4 to 8 ml of IPA which were sonicated for 30 minutes.

I don't know exactly what is wrong in my coating method. Please kindly explain If someone is doing the brush coating method to coat the graphene oxide on GDL.
