What is the dehydration time of rat proximal femur parts for MMA embedding?

I've read several articles and notes and times vary from 1 day per step to 3 days per step. The steps I would like to take are: alcohol 50%, alcohol 75%, alcohol 96% , alcohol 100%, Xylene twice. Does anybody have an idea how long every step should take, or where I can find more information. Thanks
