I've searched the web, but couldn't find any research that measured the electric properties of ITO besides its conductivity. I was surprised to find that there is very few information on the zero frequency dielectric constant (DC) of ITO (Indium Tin Oxide), since it is so common electrode and at the interface between ITO and dielectric material ϵITOEITO=ϵsEs (Gauss/Maxwell). I would very glad if someone could point me to the right direction.
