In tank experiments, it is easy to simulate the PTO damping by the use of orifices, however in modeling full scale and real conditions the trurbine damping coefficient must be added to the water colunm damping of unloaded OWC to simulate the pneumatic power before introducing the conversion efficiency of the turbine... so, what is the normal damping coefficient (value) of well's or impulse that is used for power calculations?
