Hi,
I am using Koster's model to simulate the I-V curves of irregular organic solar cells.
Is the model still relevant today? Can somebody please suggest literature discussing alternatives/improvements to the model in the past few years?

I think Koster's model is good enoughto start with. As active layer is blend of two organic material you have to model it a single semiconductor with effective material parameters otherwise you may have to design a detailed numerical simulation in 3D.
