Need closed loop algorithm for battery charger; Battery voltage changes as the battery is charging, how to change the same in control loop.

أHello Jaikumar, the most widely used algorithm for battery charging is the PWM, however you need LVD (low voltage disconnection) and HVP (high voltage protection.
