Dear all, for a simulation-based study on metal matrix syntactic foams, we need data on mechanical performance (best stress-strain curves) and coefficient of thermal expansion as a function of temperature for pure iron (Fe99.7), Invar (FeNi236) and 316L stainless steel. The temperature range in question is RT to 600°C. I would prefer some scientific publications as basis of the data rather than product data sheets, however, anything would help. Can anyone suggest a suitable source for this kind of data? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

thanks a lot for your support. Do you know whether the works you suggest also provide stress-strain-curves (ideally, true stress/strain, not engineering) for different temperatures, or just specific values like yield strength for different temperatures?
And Stefan, in your case, are there also curves for different temperatures per alloy?

Probably you will not find curves for different temperatures in the Atlas.Sorry ...
PS
The simplest approach would be to scale curves based on relationships between yield stress at various temperatures. If ultimate stress changes differently, than you will need to interpolate your scaling. Also, you may scale the plots horizontally, to account for changes in ductility, if materials become more ductile or brittle.
