Curious if anyone has own data or knows of good reports. I'm trying to figure out what is the contribution by path radiance (1 km, clear sky, view angles +/- 30 degr.) on top of the signals from relatively 'pure' lake water (Finland). The water has some microalgae, sediments from drained peatlands etc. so that the (VIS-NIR) reflectance is perhaps ~0.005-0.01. In NIR I observe no directionality but VIS-range patterns suggest bowl-shape BRDF with signals increasing moderately (20-30%) both in the backscatter and forward-scattering geometry (compared to Nadir).

Any suggestions? ilkka
