Hi guys,
I am planing to work on a marine bioactive compound. I came across a bioactivity guided protocol.
Now I am confused about the fraction to be used for bioactivity.
Which fraction supposed to be used?
The upper layer or lower layer?
Thanks a lot Matthias Wietz.
you can test both and which ever works better go ahead with that. Usually organic extract will have your bioactive compound
We have followed a unique step in evaluation of our outcomes, while working with children. We plan to write a methodology paper. Can someone help me understand how can I write a Methodology paper?
