i think drop casting is better in case of enzyme immobilization, and it also depends on what is the matrix you are using for enzyme immobilization. dip coating is preferred for silane layer formation.

I want to immobilize it on glassy carbon electrode with the help of an binder

then you can prefer drop casting method
