Then focus on “why” do you want to do it.
Then focus on “for whom” you want to do it.
Always decide who your readers will be.

In order to write a good review article, you should choose a topic in your research interests and then you must collect a large number of papers in the subject. The review article should contain all the results in the field which you select. Then you will display all the results of the subject.

First of all, you have to select your target topic. second you need to be sure No one before done same as your interesting topic.
First: make a plan of your review with the different chapters. Second: collect and read all the relevant papers and make notes. Third, if needed contact authors of crucial papers to get more information (non published data). Once your paper is written, polish it and polish it again until everything is clear to a prospective reader. Fourth: give the chapter to a colleague you trust for comments.
