What is the best way to prepare 100-150 nm, uniform, monodispersed Iron oxide core nanoparticles that can be further used for silica coating?

I need to prepare uniform, monodispersed iron oxide core in the range of 100-150 nm. These nanoparticles will be further used for preparation of core-shell nanoparticles (silica coating). I would like to tune up the size in order to increase the magnetization of nanoparticles to achieve better separation.
