From my experience, I learnt a lot from Cochrane training material, PRISMA & PRISMA-P guidelines (including explanatory articles) online. These are all freely available.
It's also a great asset to find a supervisor or mentor who is well-versed in systematic reviews to guide you through the process.
You can use multiple approaches like you can access the training modules given on the Cochrane library sources also you can refer to any published systematic or metal analysis studies for a better understanding of what things to include in the review.
Mentor or supervisor in performing systematic review is very essential as there are many issues that we can't handle with just a book or reference article. so it is better to do a systematic review or meta-analysis with the mentor or Supervisor.
