Further statistical analysis such as correlation, significance, and source apportionment, will explain the relationship among the variables, pollution sources and major pollutant(s). The right choice of statistical approach is important in explaining the water quality data.
If you have analyzed before, apply CCME WQI. Analyze the NSFWQI parameters if you have not analyzed them yet. because nsfwqi gives more precise results. that is, it depends.
