What is the best way of modelling heat transfer in rotating elliptic pipes?

I am working on laminar heat transfer in straight elliptic pipe rotating about a parallel axis that is at a distance from the center of rotation of the pipe. What is the best way of modelling this using FLUENT? See the attached document.
